By creating an account or using Quietly Build ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Quietly Build is a personal workspace tool for founders and solopreneurs. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you create (intentions, journal entries, ideas, session notes, voice memos). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
You may not: use the Service to violate any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or use the Service to distribute malware or spam.
You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your content is permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quietly Build and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
